Return & Refund Policy

1. RETURN POLICY QUICK FACTS

• Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Return Method: By Mail.
• Item Condition: Must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging (with all tags and dust bags).
• Restocking Fee: $0.00 (We do not charge restocking fees).
• Return Shipping Costs: Customer responsibility (Remorse); Belibags responsibility (Defective/Incorrect).

2. RETURN AUTHORIZATION

For security and traceability, all returns must be authorized by our studio team.

• To Initiate: Email support@gray-chicken-472354.hostingersite.com with your order number.
• Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.
• Shipping: We recommend using a trackable service. Belibags is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Each Belibags item is hand-inspected before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement, including original shipping fees.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or personalized items.
• Products showing signs of use, wear, or conditioning treatments.
• Gift cards.

5. Refunds & Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected at our workshop, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund.

• Inspection: Once received at our workshop, we will notify you of the approval/rejection of your refund.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
• Payment: Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. It may take up to 10 additional business days for your bank to post the credit.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges due to limited inventory. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order for your preferred style.
