A: Simply browse our collections, select your desired bag, and click “Add to Cart.” Follow the checkout prompts to complete your purchase securely. All payments are processed in USD via trusted payment methods.

Q: Can I customize or personalize a bag?
A: Currently, Belibags focuses on handcrafted, ready-to-ship collections. Customizations are not available at this time. Personalized items are non-returnable.

Q: Are the colors on your website accurate?
A: We make every effort to display colors accurately, but due to variations in screens and lighting, exact color matches cannot be guaranteed.

Q: Why are some bags limited in stock?
A: Each Belibags piece is handcrafted in small batches. Limited availability ensures the highest quality and attention to detail in every bag.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Which shipping services do you use?
A: All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail within the U.S., including P.O. Boxes. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Q: How long does shipping take?

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days. 
  • USPS Priority Mail Transit: 1–3 business days.

Total delivery time = Handling + Transit.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
A: To prevent errors and fraud, we cannot modify shipping addresses once the order has shipped. Please double-check your address at checkout.

Q: What if my order is lost or arrives damaged?
A: Contact us immediately if your order is lost or damaged to initiate a claim.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept unused, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition with tags, dust bags, and protective packaging.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred style.
